Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
Delivery to remote locations may take additional time
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

We may offer free shipping on selected orders or minimum purchase value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email
You can use it to track your shipment status
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:
The item is damaged during delivery
You received the wrong product
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Items that do not qualify for return:
Used or worn products
Products without original tags/packaging
Items damaged after delivery

Issue description
Supporting images
Once approved:
Return instructions will be shared
Product must be shipped back as instructed
After inspection:
Refund will be processed within 7 business days
Refund Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day refund policy under eligible conditions.
Refunds are applicable only for items that are:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong product received)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the product
Images of packaging
Once the return is approved and the product is received:
Refund will be processed within 7 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
Order Cancellation
At Nayana’s Nest, we understand that plans can change.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
